A glass of pomegranate juice has about 30 grams of sugar. Daily Pom has none. Two capsules with breakfast give you 700 mg of pomegranate, from one farm, with nothing else added.
Doctors have studied pomegranate for years. Most of the good comes from one part of the fruit, called punicalagins. But look at a bottle on the shelf and it will not tell you how much is inside, where the fruit came from, or what else was added to fill the capsule.
So we went to the farm. One family farm in Turkey. The fruit is pressed within six hours of picking. Every batch is checked by an outside lab, and we post the results online. You can look yours up with the number on your bottle. If we cannot prove it, we do not print it.
